We come highly recommended and are prepared to take on any and every type of post construction clean-up. Our cleaners pay close attention to every detail. We remove window stickers, high dust walls & ceilings, remove dust and debris from cabinets, light fixtures, corners, baseboards, doors, handles and much more. Where there is dust and dirt, we find it and remove it.
Our pricing is reasonable and will fit into most budgets. Top to Bottom Cleaners bring their own supplies - it is included in your pricing. We do not give time limits on post-construction clean-ups and for every job we've had, our cleaners were able to complete cleanings on the same day. Also, for your peace of mind, a supervisor or one of the owners is ALWAYS present to ensure that the job runs smoothly and every surface has been covered.
Please call one week prior to the completion of your home or business remodeling/building. If possible, have the approximate square footage of the newly constructed area(s) as we price by the square foot.
Residential pricing is fixed at $.19 per square foot
Commercial pricing is fixed at $.26 per square foot
