Important Information
THE INITIAL CLEANING is the
cleaning clients almost always receive before starting maintenance service with
T2B.
What's included in the initial cleaning?
$25.00 per hour for 1 cleaner on the Initial Cleaning (Small apts/Small homes - if client adds window cleaning with more than 10 windows - then you will require two cleaners)
$35.00 per hour for 2 cleaners on the Initial Cleaning(Mid-size & large homes)
- 1 Cleaner or a
team of 2 (depending upon size of home)
- Clean and
disinfect kitchens (countertops, sinks, stovetops, outside of
appliances and kitchen cabinets)
- Clean and disinfect
bathrooms (sinks, vanities, showers, tubs, toilets, mirror)
- Clean light switches, baseboards, wipe moldings over doors and frames
- Move and clean behind furniture
- Dust furniture - Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum all
carpeted rooms - Vacuum/sweep/mop all hard surface floors
- Cleaning
products (include paper towel, sponges, rags)
If you elect to have your windows and vertical or horizontal blinds cleaned, it is $15.00 per window including the blinds, i.e. windows are $7.00 and blinds are $8.00. If you have a large bay window with blinds, the pricing remains the same $7.00 for window and $8.00 for blinds. Double-cased windows are charged as 2 windows and 1 blind, i.e. $14.00 for windows and $8.00 for the blind. Also, we clean the ledge, track and molding. You can shop around, however, you will find our prices to be the lowest on Staten Island!
PLEASE NOTE:
The cleaning of inside/outside appliances, windows and carpets are additional and priced separately.
Please give an accurate description of the size and condition of your home. Upon inspection, the Route Manager reserves the right to change the pricing.
